2026 வருட திருக்கயிலாய யாத்திரைக்கான விண்ணப்பங்களை இந்திய அரசு வரவேற்கின்றது.

இந்த வருடம் லிபு கணவாய் வழியாக 10 குழுக்களும், நாதுலா கணவாய் வழியாக 10 குழுக்களும் செல்ல இருக்கின்றன. ஒவ்வொரு குழுவிலும் 50 யாத்திரிகள் வரை செல்ல முடியும் ஆகவே இவ்வருடம் ஒவ்வொரு வழியிலும் 500 பேராக மொத்தம் 1000 பேருக்கு இவ்வரிய வாய்ப்பு கிட்டிம்.

http://kmy.gov.in என்ற இணைய தளம் மூலமாக விண்ணப்பங்களை அனுப்ப நிறைவு நாள் 19-05-2026 ஆகும்.

லிபு கணவாய் வழியாக செல்ல விழையும் அன்பர்களுக்கு செலவு சுமார் ரூ 2,09,000/- ஆகும் யாத்திரை நாட்கள் 22 நாட்கள் ஆகும். நடை பயணம் லிபு கணவாய் ஏற்றம், இறக்கம் மற்றும் திருக்கயிலாய கிரி வலம். நாதுலா கணவாய் வழியாக செல்லும் யாத்திரைக்கு ரூ. 3,31,000/- ஆகும். யாத்திரை நாட்கள் 21 நாட்கள் ஆகும். (சீனப்பகுதியில் குதிரை மற்றும் துணையாளர் கட்டணம் தனி. முதலில் புது டில்லியில் 4 நாட்கள் தங்கி, மருத்துவ பரிசோதணை மற்ற பணிகளுக்கு தங்க வேண்டி வரும்)

Launching of Kailash Manasarovar Yatra, 2026

Kailash Manasarovar Yatra organised by the Ministry of External Affairs in coordination with the Government of the People’s Republic of China is set to take place during June to August 2026. This year, 10 batches, each consisting of 50 Yatris, are scheduled to travel through Uttarakhand State crossing over at Lipulekh Pass and another 10 batches, each consisting of 50 Yatris, through Sikkim State crossing over at Nathu La Pass. The website kmy.gov.in has been opened for acceptance of applications. The Yatris will be selected from among applicants through a fair, computer-generated, random and gender-balanced selection process.

2. The entire process for KMY commencing from on-line application till selection of Yatris is a fully computerized process. Interested applicants may login by registering on the site and submit their applications online. Applicants do not need to send letters or fax to seek information. The feedback options on the website can be used for obtaining information, registering observations or making suggestions for improvement of the yatra.

3. Applicants can either select both routes indicating priority or select only one route. Last date for registration is 19 May 2026.

Kailash Manasarovar Yatra

Ministry of External Affairs organizes Kailash Manasarovar Yatra during June to August/September each year through two different routes - Lipulekh Pass (Uttarakhand),and Nathu La Pass (Sikkim). Kailash Manasarovar Yatra (KMY) is known for its religious value and cultural significance. It is undertaken by hundreds of people every year. Being significant to Hindus as the abode of Lord Shiva, it holds religious importance also for the Jains and the Buddhists. The KMY is open to eligible Indian citizens,holding valid Indian passports, who wish to proceed to Kailash-Manasarovar for religious purposes. Ministry of External Affairs does not provide any subsidy or financial assistance to Yatris. More details can be viewed by clicking on Advisory.

Who is Eligible

a. Must be citizen of India.
b. Possess an Indian passport valid for minimum 6 months as on 1st September of the current year.
c. Age should be minimum 18 and maximum 70 years as on 01 January of the current year.
d. Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or less.
e. Physically fit and medically healthy for undertaking the Yatra for religious purpose.
f Foreign nationals are not eligible to apply; OCI card holders are, thus, not eligible.

Applying for Kailash Manasarovar Yatra

Conditions for Application
(a) Applicant should possess an ordinary Indian passport valid for at least six months as on 01 September of the current year.
(b) It is the applicant’s responsibility to feed accurate information complete in every respect including name spellings,date of birth etc.
(c) Incorrect or false information, concealing any material facts in the application form will be ground for disqualification at any stage, including during the Yatra. All payments made earlier will, thus, be forfeited.
(d) Applicants are required to indicate their choice for both the routes in the order of their preferences.
(e) Applicants can also select a place as END-POINT to terminate their Yatra on return leg:
(i)Route-1 (Lipulekh): DHARCHULA or DELHI.
(ii)Route-2 (NathuLa): GANGTOK or DELHI.
(f) All fields in the application format are compulsory.

● Scanned copy of passport size photograph (in JPG format not exceeding 300 kb in size).
● Scanned copy of Passport (page containing photo & personal particulars) and last page containing family
details in <.pdf> format only not exceeding 500 kb in size.
● If applying with another person, also keep ready the above items(1 and 2) for the person.

After successful online registration of your application:
● Take a printout of the application form and keep with you for reference.
● You will receive SMS and e-mail after successful submission of the application.

Note : In a single user account maximum two registration form can be submitted if two people want to go together in a batch.
