நாதுலா கணவாய் வழி திருக்கயிலாய யாத்திரை நிறைவு

செல்லும் போது உடல் உயர் மட்டத்திற்கு ஏதுவாக வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக நாதுலா செல்வதற்கே மூன்று நாட்கள் எடுத்துக்கொண்டனர் ஆனால் திரும்பி வரும் போது  இறக்கம்  என்பதால்   எந்த சிரமும் இல்லாமல்  காங்மாவில் இருந்து நேரடியாக காங்டாங் வந்து சேர்ந்தனர்.

வெற்றிகரமாக யாத்திரை முடித்த அன்பரை வரவேற்கும் உற்வினர்கள். கோவையை சார்ந்த நாச்சியப்பன் (மாலையுடன் நிற்பவர்) என்ற  இந்த அன்பர்தான் யாத்திரை துவங்குவதற்கு முன்பே Whatsappல் ஒரு குழு அமைத்து யாத்திரிகள்  அனைவரும் அவர்களது குடும்பத்தினரும் யாத்திரையை நேரடி ஒலிபரப்பு போல தரிசிக்க  காரணமானவர்.

இந்தியப்பகுதியில் பயணம் 

இந்தமுதல்வருடம் 40 யாத்திரிகள் கொண்ட ஐந்து குழுக்களுக்கு மட்டுமே அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டது. அடியேனது நண்பர் ஐந்தாவது குழுவில் யாத்திரைக்கு தேர்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். யாத்திரை அட்டவணை இவ்வாறு இருந்தது.

31.07.2015 அன்று சென்னையிலிருந்து கிளம்பி டில்லி சென்று குஜராத்சதனில் தங்கினார். டில்லியில் முதல் மூன்று நாட்களில் மருத்துவ பரிசோதனை நடைபெற்றது, இந்திய-திபெத் எல்லை போலீசார் மற்றும் வெளியுறவுத்துறை அமைச்சக அதிகாரிகளின் யாத்திரை பற்றிய விளக்கம் பெற்றனர். டில்லி சுற்றுலா சென்று வந்தனர் .அன்னிய செலாவணி மாற்றம் செய்து கொண்டனர், .சீன விசா பெற்றனர். நண்பர் மருத்துவப்பரிசோதணையில் தேர்வு பெற்றதை தொலைப்பேசி மூலம் கூறினார். 

கேங்டாக்கில்  தங்கிய விடுதி

1. 04.08.2015 டில்லியிலிருந்து விமானம் மூலம் மேற்கு வங்காளத்தில் உள்ள பாக்டோக்ரா(Bagdogra) என்ற ஊருக்கு விமானம் மூலம் வந்தடைந்து பின்னர் அங்கிருந்து பேருந்து மூலம் சுமார் 125கி.மீ பயணம் செய்து சிக்கிம் தலைநகர் கேங்டாங் ( Gangtok- 1600 மீஉயரம் ) அடைந்தனர்.

2, 3. 05/06.08.2015 கேங்டாங்கிலிருந்து சுமார் 25கி.மீ பயணம் செய்து 15வதுமைல் (15^thMile -  3050மீ) என்னும் இடத்தை அடைந்து அங்கு மறுநாள் உயர் மட்டத்தில் தங்கினர்.

4, 5. 07/08.08.2015 15வது மைலிலிருந்து சுமார் 20கி.மீ பயணம் செய்து  செரதாங் (Sherathang – 4115மீ) என்னும் இடத்தை அடைந்து தங்கினர். மறுநாள் உயர் மட்ட மருத்துவ பரிசோதனை இங்கு நடந்தது.

கேங்டாக்கின் சார்தாம் ஆலயம்  

6-1 09.08.2015 செரதாங்கிலிருந்து கிளம்பி நாதுலா கணவாய் வழியாக சீனாவிற்குள் நுழைந்து சுமார் 200கி.மீ பயணம் செய்து காங்மா (Kangma- 4176மீ) என்ற இடத்தில் தங்கினர். (6-1 : யாத்திரையின் ஆறாம் நாள், சீனாவின் முதல் நாள்)

(பொதுவாக கேங்டாங்கிலிருந்து நாதுலாவிற்கு ஒரு நாளில் திரும்பி வந்து விட முடியும்  இது  உயர் மட்ட யாத்திரை என்பதால் உடல்,  உயர் மட்டதிற்கு ஒத்துக்கொள்ளும் வகையில் இவ்வாறு தங்கி  செல்ல வேண்டி உள்ளது)

7-2 10.08.2015 காங்மாவிலிருந்து சுமார் 275கி.மீ பேருந்து பயணத்திற்க்குப்பின் லாஜி (Lazi – 4053 மீ)  அடைந்து தங்கினர்.

8-3 11.08.2015 லாஜியிலிருந்து சுமார் 477கி.மீ பயணம் செய்து ஜோங்பா (Zhongba – 4728 மீ) அடைந்து தங்கினர்.ஐயனின் முதல் தரிசனம் பெற்றனர்.

9-4 13.08.2015 ஜோங்பாவிலிருந்து டார்ச்சன்(Darchen – 4670மீ) அடைந்து அங்கு தங்கினர். ஐயனின் தெற்கு முக உச்சி தரிசனம் பெற்றனர் 

10-5, 11-6 14.08.2015 மானசரோவர் கிரிவலம்,  மானசரோவர் கரையில் யாகம், மானசரோவரின் கரையில் குகூ  (Qugu – 4620மீ) தங்கினர்.

12-7 15.08.2015 குகூவிலிருந்து டார்ச்சன் வழியாக யமத்துவாரம் அடைந்து முதல் நாள் திருக்கயிலாய கிரிவலம் துவக்கி டேராபுக் (Deraphuk – 5060 மீ) அடைந்து தங்கினர். ஐயனின் மேற்கு முகம் மற்றும் வடக்குமுக தரிசனம் பெற்றனர். ஐயன் முன் நின்ற போது அடியேனை செல்பேசி மூலம் அழைத்தார் நண்பர். மானசீகமாக தரிசனம் பெற்று ஐந்தெழுத்து மந்திரம் கூறி வணங்கினேன். 

13-8 16.08.2015 இரண்டாம் நாள் கிரிவலம் டோல்மா கணவாய் (Dolma Pass) கடந்து கௌரிகுளத்தை தரிசித்து ஜுடுல்புக் அடைந்து தங்கினர்.

14-9 17.08.2015 மூன்றாம் நாள் கிரிவலத்தை முடித்து ஐயனுக்கு அருமையான தரிசனத்திற்கு நன்றி கூறி, அன்றே பின்னர் பேருந்து மூலம் ஜாங்போ அடைந்து அங்கு தங்கினர்.

15-10  18.08.2015  ஜாங்போவிலிருந்து   லாஜி   பேருந்து   பயணம்.

16-11 19.08.2015 லாஜியிலிருந்து   காங்மா,     நாதுலா கணவாய்,  செரதாங்  வழியாக காங்டாக்  திரும்பினர். இறக்கம் என்பதால் பிரச்சினை கிடையாது. உயர்மட்டத்தில் ஏற்றத்தின் போதுதான் உடல் அந்த உயர்மட்டத்திற்கு ஒத்துக்கொள்ள தங்கி செல்ல வேண்டியது அவசியமாகின்றது.

முன்னரே கூறியது போல எதோ அடுத்த ஊருக்கு சென்று வந்தது போல இருந்தது வழியிலோ கிரிவலத்தின் போதோ எந்தவித சிரமமும் இருக்கவில்லை. பேருந்திலேயே பயணம் செய்ததால் அதிகாலை கிளம்பி மதியம் அல்லது மாலைக்குள் செல்ல வேண்டிய இடத்திற்கு சென்று பின்னர் ஓய்வு எடுத்தார்களாம். வழியில் மதிய உணவை உண்டார்களாம். இது முதல் வருடம் என்பதால் சில தங்கும் இடங்களில் சிறிது சிரமம் இருந்தது என்றார். 

தில்லியிலும் செல்லும் வழியிலும் அனைவரும் திருக்கயிலாய யாத்திரை செல்பவர்களுக்கு அளிக்கும் மரியாதையும், உதவியும் உண்மையிலே மிகவும் ஆச்சரியப்பட வைக்கின்றது, . எப்படிப்பட்ட பக்தி ஒரு சிரத்தை இவர்களுக்கு என்று வியந்தார் நண்பர்.  

சீன அரசு 50 பேர் பயணம் செய்ய மூன்று பேருந்துகள் மற்றும் ஒரு கார்( முக்கியமானவர்காளுக்காக) ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தார்களாம். எனவே அனைவரும் மிகவும் சுகமாக பயணம் செய்தார்களாம்.   ஐந்து சமையல்காரர்களையும், ஒரு வழிகாட்டியும் இவர்களுக்காக ஒதுக்கியிருந்தார்களாம் அதனால் சாப்பாட்டிற்கு எந்த பிரச்சினையும் இருக்கவில்லை என்றார்.  தட்டு மற்றும் டம்ளரும் அவர்களே வழங்கினார்களாம். 

அவசர அவசரமாக செல்லாமல் உயர் மட்டத்திற்கு உடல் தயார் ஆகும் படி மெதுவாக சென்றதால் கிரி வலத்தின் போதும் யாருக்கும் எந்த சிரமும் இருக்கவில்லை என்றார். யாத்திரை துவங்குவதற்கு முன்னரே Whatsappல் ஒரு குழு அமைத்து  அதன் மூலம் யாத்திரையின் போதே அனைவரின் நலத்தைப் பற்றி தங்கள் குடும்பங்களுக்கு செய்தியும் படங்களும் அனுப்பிக் கொண்டிருந்தனர். அதற்காக பொதுவில் ஒரு சர்வதேச SIM வாங்கிக்கொண்டார்களாம். அனைவரும் பொது செலவிற்காக ரூ. 4000/- வழங்கினார்களாம். . இவர்களை தலமையேற்று அழைத்து சென்ற L.O ( Liason Officer) எனப்படும் மூத்த அதிகாரியும் அனைவரும் கிரி வலம் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றே விரும்பினார் என்றும் கூறினார். 

உண்மையில் இது ஒரு அருமையான, இனிமையான, இறைவனின் கருணையை விளக்கும் ஒரு அற்புதமான யாத்திரையாக அமைந்தது என்று பெருமையாக,  மன நிறைவுடன் கூறினார். "எல்லாம் எனை ஆளும் அந்த ஈசன் செயல்"    

வெள்ளிப் பனித்தலையர் அழைக்கின்றார் - 1

திருக்கயிலாய மானசரோவர்  யாத்திரை 2015

இந்த வருட (2015)  இந்திய அரசின் யாத்திரைக்கான அறிவிப்பு வெளியாகிவிட்டது. இந்த வருடம் சிக்கிம் மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள நாது லா கணவாய் வழியாகவும் ஒரு பாதை துவக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வருடம் இவ்வழியாக கூடுதலாக 250  யாத்திரிகள் ( ஒரு குழுவில் 50 யாத்திரிகள், மொத்தம் ஐந்து குழுக்கள்)  இதில் நடை பயணம் இருக்காது பேருந்து மூலம் பயணம் செய்யலாம். ஆனால் யாத்திரை நாட்கள் இன்னும் 23  நாட்களாகவே உள்ளது. லிபு லே கணவாய் வழியாக செல்லும் போது  25  நாட்கள் ஆகும் ஆனால் இவ்வழியில் நடைப்பயணம் அதிகம்.    நாது லா வழியாக செல்லும் போது  கட்டணம் சுமார் 1.7 இலட்சம் ஆகின்றது.  இரண்டு வழியிலும் செல்வதற்கான விண்ணப்பிக்கும்  படிவம் ஒன்றுதான். கணணி மூலமாக யாத்திரிகள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவர். அந்தந்த வழிக்குரிய  கட்டணத்தை செலுத்தவேண்டும்.   அதிக விவரங்களை  இங்கு சென்றால் காணலாம்   http://kmy.gov.in

Who is Eligible?

An Indian citizen, holding a valid Indian passport and aged between 18 and 70 years as on 01 January 2015, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27 or less, who is physically fit and medically healthy, is eligible for undertaking the Yatra for religious purpose.

An applicant should not suffer from medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, etc. The selected applicant is required to undergo and qualify comprehensive medical examinations conducted by the Delhi Heart and Lung Institute (DHLI) and the ITBP Base Hospital in New Delhi.

Foreigners: Those who hold foreign nationalities are not eligible to apply for the Yatra. PIO and OCI card holders are, thus, ineligible.

Reactions to altitude trekking: Additional medical test to ascertain reactions to altitude trekking will be conducted by ITBP during the course of the Yatra at Gunji for the Yatra through Lipulekh Pass, and at Sherathang for the Yatra through Nathu La. A Yatri who is found medically unfit at this stage will not be permitted to continue the Yatra and will forfeit all charges levied earlier.

Competent Medical Authority: Findings and recommendations of the Delhi Heart and Lung Institute and the ITBP medical personnel both in Delhi and outside will be final and binding. No other medical certificates or test reports are accepted to qualify for the Yatra.

A selected applicant, when found medically unfit, will not be allowed to proceed on the Yatra, and will forfeit the non-refundable deposit and the amount paid for medical examinations.

Body Mass Index: A person’s fitness for the Yatra depends on many factors of his/her health. An otherwise fit person should try to lower the BMI level to 27 or less to add to his/her fitness.

திருக்கயிலாயம் செல்ல விரும்பும் அன்பர்கள் தங்கள்  உடல் எடையை  குறைக்க வேண்டியது மிகவும் அவசியம்

Liaison Officer: Only a serving Government officer is eligible to be appointed as Liaison Officer. A person who has been on the Yatra as a Liaison Officer or as a Yatri in the past will not be considered for selection as Liaison Officer.

Selection Process

Draw through a fair computerized system: Yatris will be selected and assigned to different routes and batches by the Ministry of External Affairs through a fair computer-generated random gender-balanced selection process. A route and a batch, once allocated to a Yatri through the computerized process, will not normally be changed.

At the application stage, two yatris may give an option to travel in the same batch. Efforts will be made to accommodate such requests as far as possible.

Confirmation of Participation: After the computerized draw of lots, each selected or wait-listed applicant will be required to confirm his/her participation by crediting a non-refundable amount of Rs.5,000/- by specified deadline into designated bank accounts. The balance amount will be payable later.

Medical Tests in Delhi: Selected Yatris are required to assemble in New Delhi 3-4 days in advance of the Yatra to undergo thorough medical tests at the Delhi Heart and Lung Institute and the ITBP Base Hospital. Parameters of medical tests are decided by the ITBP Base Hospital, keeping the requirements of the Yatra in mind. Only those applicants who pass these tests are allowed to proceed on the Yatra.

Additional Medical Tests en route: Medical tests to ascertain reactions to high altitude trekking will be conducted by ITBP during the course of the Yatra at Gunji for the Yatra through Lipulekh Pass, and at Sherathang for the Yatra through Nathu La. A Yatri who is found medically unfit at this stage will not be permitted to continue the Yatra any further.

Conditions: Applicants may carefully note the following conditions before applying:

• Applicants should possess an ordinary Indian passport valid for at least six months as on 01 September 2015.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Incorrect or false information in the application form will be ground for disqualification at any stage, including during the Yatra. All payments made earlier will, thus, be forfeited.
• Failure to pass the medical examinations in Delhi and en route will be ground for disqualification.
• A Yatri, disqualified on medical and/or other grounds in Delhi or outside, will forfeit the non-refundable deposit and other payments made earlier.
• The Yatra batches will leave on scheduled dates even if replacements called from the standby lists to fill any vacancies that may arise, are unable to join the group on time.

Important Documents after Selection: Yatris must ensure to bring following documents with them when they report in New Delhi for the Yatra after their selection:

• An ordinary Indian passport, valid for at least six months as on 01 September 2015.
• Indemnity Bond, executed on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10, or as applicable locally, and authenticated by a First Class Magistrate or a Notary Public. Selected Yatris are required to sign this Indemnity Bond stating that they undertake the Yatra at their own risk.
• Undertaking for evacuation by helicopter in case of emergency.
• Consent Form for cremation of mortal remains on Chinese side in case of death there.

Intimation: Selected applicants will be informed about their inclusion in a particular batch soon after the computerized draw of lots by email and SMS.

Medical Authority: Yatris must qualify all prescribed medical tests by DHLI and ITBP. Findings and recommendations of qualified ITBP medical personnel are final and binding. No other medical reports are accepted to qualify for the Yatra.

Fees and Estimated Expenditure

No refunds: The medical charges are non-refundable. Applicants found medically unfit or disqualified for other reasons in Delhi or en route will not be allowed to proceed on the Yatra, and will forfeit the non-refundable deposit and other payments made earlier. Incorrect or false information in the application will be ground for disqualification, even after selection has been confirmed and/or Yatra has begun.

Deposit to Confirm Participation: After the computerized draw of lots, each selected or wait-listed applicant will be required to confirm his/her participation by crediting a non-refundable amount of Rs.5,000/- by specified deadline into designated bank accounts. The balance amount will be payable later in Delhi before the Yatra begins.

Now, there are two routes to undertake the Yatra:

Route 1: Lipulekh Pass (Uttarakhand)

• 18 batches of 60 members each with total duration of about 25 days per batch.
• Estimated cost per person: Rs.1.5 Lakh.

Route 2: Nathu La (Sikkim)

• 5 batches of 50 members each with total duration of about 23 days per batch.
• Estimated cost per person: Rs.1.7 Lakh.

• Scanned copy of recent passport size colour PHOTOGRAPH in <.jpg> format not exceeding 300 kb in size.
• Scanned copies of first and last pages of ordinary Indian PASSPORT containing personal and family details in <.pdf> format not exceeding 500 kb in size.

1.  I understand that: Kailash Manasarovar Yatra is a high altitude trekking expedition under inhospitable conditions, which may involve serious risk to the person or property of the Yatris ▪ My application will be rejected and not processed if it is incomplete in any respect ▪ If I have given wrong information in my application, this will be ground for disqualification from the Yatra and for forfeiture of deposit paid for the Yatra ▪ Decisions of ITBP medical authorities in Delhi and Gunji are final and cannot be challenged ▪ In the event of my being disqualified on medical grounds by the competent medical authorities in Delhi or in Gunji, I shall forfeit the entire amount paid for the Yatra ▪ The decisions taken by the Liaison Officer to maintain security and discipline during the Yatra will be final and binding including a decision to repatriate me. INDEMNITY BOND

(On a non-judicial stamp-paper of Rs.10/- if executed within the Union Territory of Delhi or on a stamp-paper of the value prescribed by the concerned State Government)

INDEMNITY BOND

WHEREAS the Government of India in consultation with the Government of People's Republic of China has arranged pilgrimage of Indian citizens to Kailash/Manasarovar.

WHEREAS the executant Shri/Smt./Km.___________________________________________                        son/daughter/wife of Shri _____________________________________________, resident of ________________________________ a citizen of India (hereinafter called heirs, legal representative and assignees) has made an application for joining the pilgrimage to Kailash-Manasarovar.

WHEREAS the applicant has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions prescribed by the Government of India of his own free will, voluntarily and without any coercion or pressure of any kind.

WHEREAS the rules prescribed by the Government of India require an Indemnity Bond to be executed by the applicant.

THIS BOND WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS

               In consideration of the President of India (hereinafter called the Government) having agreed to assist in the arrangement for the pilgrimage of the applicant to Kailash-Manasarovar the above-mentioned applicant agrees to abide by the following conditions:

(1)           That the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) has recognised the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra as a trekking expedition and it may involve high risk to the person or property of the applicant caused by any natural calamity or due to any other reason.

(2)           That the applicant is joining the aforesaid pilgrimage of his/her own free will and on his/her own personal risk and consequences and undertakes to bear all expenses for the pilgrimage.

(3)           That the applicant shall abide by the rules, regulations/term and conditions prescribed by the Government of India and undertake to hold himself/herself responsible for any breach or violation thereof.

(4)           That the applicant or his-her legal representative will not hold the Government of India liable in any manner whatsoever in the event of any accident or any untoward happening that may result in injury to the applicant or damage or loss of property to the applicant of any nature due to any natural calamity or due to any other reason whatsoever.

(5)           That the applicant or his/her legal representative will not claim from the Government of India any damages in the event of any loss or damage to his/her person or property including death.

(6)           The above-named applicant hereby further agrees that this Indemnity Bond shall remain in full force and effect during the period of the aforesaid pilgrimage and for a period of one year thereafter and that shall continue to be enforceable till all the dues of the Government and all claims raised by the Government under/or by virtue of the aforesaid undertaking have been fully paid and its claims satisfied or discharged or till the Government certifies that the rules and regulations have been fully and properly carried out by the applicant and accordingly discharges the Indemnity Bond.

(7)           That the above named applicant hereby further agrees with the Government that he/she shall not be allowed to proceed further and shall have to return from the pilgrimage if the Government is satisfied that he/she is unfit to proceed further at any time or stage of the pilgrimage.  The above named applicant further agrees that in the event of his/her not being allowed to proceed and having to return from the pilgrimage, no money deposited by the aforesaid applicant for the purpose of pilgrimage will be refunded to him/her.

(8)           The above named applicant hereby agree that he / she will abide by the scheduled route or scheduled halts as issued by the Government of India, and that he /she or his/her legal representative will not hold the Government of India liable in any manner whatsoever in the event, if he /she do not conform to the scheduled route or scheduled halts as provided by the Government.

(9)           That the above named applicant further agrees to refund the entire sum in foreign exchange which was sanctioned for the pilgrimage to the Government of India's Reserve Bank, if he/she does not proceed or return from the pilgrimage at any stage of the pilgrimage.

(10)         That the above named applicant further agrees with the Government that the Government shall have the fullest authority without his/her consent and without affecting in any manner his/her obligations hereunder to vary any of the rules and regulations according to the circumstances from time to time and to forebear or enforce any of the terms and conditions of the said agreement and he/she shall not be relieved from his/her liability by reason of any such variation.

(11)         The applicant undertakes that he/she will bear full responsibility for expenses on emergency medical as well as emergency air evacuation, if the need arises during the Yatra.

(12)         This Indemnity Bond will not be revoked by any change of circumstances.

(13)         The above named applicant lastly undertakes not to revoke this Indemnity Bond during its currency except with the previous consent of the Government in writing.
